Brief Introduction on TaihuTaihu (The Lake Tai), located on the southern edge of the Yangtze River Delta, is the largest lake in the coastal area of eastern China and the third-largest freshwater lake in China. The lake is more than 2000 square kilometers, with 48 islands and 72 mountains which create great natural landscapes. Known as one of the most beautiful lakes, it is also a famous natural lake scenic zone with a long history in China.
