of Intangible Cultural Heritage
The concept of human social history and cultural heritage has gradually been established and deepened from the Athens Charter to the Venice Charter. The “Convention for the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage” (referred to as the “World Heritage Convention”) has been adopted by the Seventeenth General Conference of UNESCO in Paris in 1972.
It determined three types of world heritage within the country including cultural heritage, natural heritage, culture and nature. In this case, it has expanded the scope of historical and cultural heritage. The protection of historical and cultural heritage has received widespread attention from governments and the public around the world since that time. On this basis, the “Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage” was passed at the 32nd session of UNESCO in 2003. It aims to protect traditions, oral expressions, festival etiquette, manual skills, music and dance which are representative of intangible cultural heritage. Intangible cultural heritage refers to the various practices, performances, expressions, knowledge systems and skills of various groups or individuals in human society and related tools, objects, crafts and cultural sites. They are all accompanied by the environment where these groups or individuals belong. Its relationship with nature and historical conditions are constantly changing and evolving and innovating.
Recognizing these as their own cultural heritage is the continuation and inheritance of history and culture, as well as the embodiment of human society’s own creativity and cultural diversity.
Intangible Cultural Heritage Recognition An intangible cultural heritage (ICH) is a practice, representation, expression, knowledge, or skill considered by UNESCO to be part of a place’s cultural heritage. The importance of intangible cultural heritage is not the cultural manifestation itself but rather the wealth of knowledge and skills that is transmitted through it from one generation to the next. We hope that this exhibition will raise awareness about the importance of intangible cultural heritage and reproduce the cultural heritage of the world that is valuable to mankind through the works of artists, so that everyone can feel the best things in this world and mankind.
Today, we are uniting artists and designers from all over the world to jointly create portraits of the world’s intangible cultural heritage. This not only reflects that the artists are using the visual language of art to communicate and dialogue, but also presents the perspective of the “community of human destiny” The tension of global cultural interoperability is a manifestation of the self-confidence of the culture of all countries and nations. For thousands of years, intangible cultural heritage has had no national boundaries and has been continuously spreading, evolving, and innovating along with the migration of mankind. It has been a participant and witness of the development and growth of human society. Only through continuous exchanges can human culture be richer and more diverse and can lead the future of mankind to the other side of happiness. This is also the original intention of our design exhibition.

The form of the works
Format 500 mm x 800 mm, accuracy over 150dPI, CMYK, file format JPG (for print); At the same time, submit the preview file in RGB format, the file size is not more than 2M (for online display).

Animation video works require landscape shooting, video resolution 1920*1080 (1080P), MP4 video format, the length of 3 minutes is appropriate. It requires clear sound quality, smooth picture quality, no shaking and no noise. Double screen with Chinese and English characters (including voice-over and lyrics) should be added. Subtitles should be arranged in the middle according to the situation of the video, and the font, font size and font color should be unified

Information For Participants
1. The entries must be created by the participants themselves (or groups).
In the case of intellectual property rights or copyright disputes, the organizing committee will cancel the participation qualification and the participants shall bear the corresponding consequences. All copyright or intellectual property rights disputes caused by exhibitors’ works have nothing to do with the organizing committee.
2. The characters, graphics and images used in the submitted works shall abide by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and other countries; No insulting, racial discrimination, regional discrimination and other visual elements are allowed.
3. The copyright of the works belongs to the author. The organizer of this event has the right to promote, publicize and use the works, exhibit them publicly, publish and distribute them, and can provide them to relevant organizations and organizations for use.
